The Gi Escapes North is a mission unlocked by playing either Sou Sou, Kakou Ton, Joukou or Kan'u in Musou Mode. The object of this, is similar to Guan Yu's Escape except, you litterly, have to escape from the forces of Cao Cao. Sou Sou disagreed with Cao Cao that he should be the ruler of both the Gi and the Wei. Infuriated, he ordered the Wei and his allies to kill Sou Sou. Kakou Ton, En and Kan'u retalited in defence, and now are on the run. The mission starts with whoever you start with (If you are Sou Sou, you start at the Castle, if Kakou Ton, you start out on the field in midthist of battle, if you are Joukou, you start near Sou Sou, If you start as Kan'u, you start northwest of Joukou's position, and finally If you start as Shibai, you start at the worst most possible position: The far more eastern part of the map.), and you must make it to the top of the map, keeping atleast 5 of the 6 officers alive. Joukou eventually dies in an ambush set up by Xun Yu, but if you continue to play as him, Joukou would evade the ambush, and kill Xun Yu, thus, triggering Cao Cao to get reinforcements. You win if all of the officers make it up at the gate to the north (including you). You will loose if Sou Sou is defeated.
